Come and enjoy some sacred space to Relax, Pray and Meditate.<\/p>\n<h2>What we do<\/h2>\n<p>Simple relaxation exercises to quieten the mind in openness to the promptings of the Lord, followed by a\u00a0study of a biblical passage and a time for quiet meditation.\u00a0 Occasionally we look into the lives of the saints and\u00a0seek\u00a0their inspiration.\u00a0 A brief time follows when we are free to\u00a0share our own thoughts, in confidence, with those present.\u00a0 We listen to each other in non-judgemental charity.\u00a0 Our meeting concludes with intercessions for\u00a0the needs of our world, our Church, family and friends.<\/p>\n<h2>When and where<\/h2>\n<p>Tuesday mornings 10.30am-11.15am in the Richard Challoner Room.
